About this InfoPath form viewer

Microsoft InfoPath was the program many organisations used for forms: expense claims, leave requests, inspections, onboarding checklists, usually kept in SharePoint form libraries. Support for it ended in July 2026, and its files do not open in anything else: the .xsn form templates are Microsoft cabinet archives, and each filled-in form is an .xml file that only InfoPath knew how to lay out.

This page reads both. Drop a template to see its views, fields, data connections and rules; drop filled-in forms with it to see each one laid out by the template's own view, or without it to see the data as fields and values. What is not shown

The view is drawn with the browser's XSLT engine from the template's layout. InfoPath's own number and date formatting is not applied (values are shown as stored), lists filled from data connections are empty because nothing is fetched, script and managed code are never run, and pictures stored inside fields are listed with the data rather than drawn in the view. The view is a picture of the form: it cannot be edited or submitted.
