Will the watermark be the same size on every photo?

It is the same share of each photo's width, so it looks the same on every picture however many pixels it has: a mark set to 30% covers 30% of the width of a phone photo and of a large camera file alike.

Which is better, a corner mark or a repeated one?

A small mark in a corner credits the photo without getting in the way, but it can be cropped off. A faint mark repeated across the whole photo is much harder to remove, which suits proofs and previews you do not want used without paying.

Does it reduce the quality or size of my photos?

The photos keep their full size. JPG and WebP are saved again at the quality you choose - High is hard to tell from the original - and PNG is lossless. The photo's hidden details, such as the camera and location, are not copied into the watermarked file.

How do I use my logo as a watermark?

Choose Logo and pick the logo file. A PNG with a transparent background looks best, since anything around the logo would show as a box; Remove Background can make one from a picture with a plain background.

Are the photos I watermark uploaded?

No. The photos are read, marked and saved in your browser, so even a large batch of private pictures never leaves your computer or phone.

About this photo watermark tool

Put your name or logo on photos before you share them, so they are credited wherever they end up. Choose the text or logo once and it is applied to every photo in the batch, sized to each picture's width so portraits, landscapes and different cameras all match. Many free watermark apps add their own mark or cap the number of photos; this one does neither. It is free to use, with no account and no upload limit, and it runs entirely in your browser: nothing is uploaded, and while the page stays open, a feature you have already used keeps working offline.
